PRESS RELEASE
Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM)
122nd Birth Anniversary of Leader of Sindh, Sain G.M. Syed

On the occasion of the 122nd birth anniversary of the Leader of Sindh and Father of the Sindhi Nation, Sain G.M. Syed, the Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement (JSFM) organized a large and dignified protest rally under the slogans “Sindh Wants Freedom” and “Release All Enforced Disappeared Political Activists from Sindh and Balochistan.”

The protest rally was led by JSFM District President Saeed Tiyono, along with Hosho Sindhi and Hafeez Deshi, and was attended by a large number of JSFM activists. The rally passed through various routes and reached the mausoleum of Sain G.M. Syed, where participants paid tribute by presenting the national anthem of Sindhudesh and cutting a cake to mark his 122nd birth anniversary.

On this occasion, activists renewed their pledge of loyalty to their great leader, reaffirming their commitment to continue the struggle for the freedom of Sindh and the restoration of Sindhudesh. JSFM activists also paid respects at the graves of Sindhudesh’s national martyrs and reiterated their vow to continue the struggle for national liberation.

Sindh Want Freedom & Release All Missing Persons of Sindh, Balochistan, Pastunkhwa

Meanwhile, in a joint statement, JSFM Central Chairman Sohail Abro, along with Zubair Sindhi, Amar Azadi, Farhan Sindhi, Hafeez Deshi, Markh Sindhu, Mansoor Ahmed Hub, Muhammad Osama Soomro, Muhammad Ali Noonari, Tahir Khan, and other leaders, strongly condemned the raids on the homes of political activists, road blockades of national convoys, and arrests carried out on the occasion of Sain G.M. Syed’s birth anniversary.

The statement said that preventing peaceful political activists from renewing their pledge with their leader and visiting his mausoleum is clear evidence that the Pakistani state has become deeply fearful of Sain G.M. Syed’s ideology of an independent homeland and the restoration of Sindhudesh. The state is fully aware that Sain G.M. Syed’s philosophy has gained victory across Sindh and that every Sindhi has now united under the slogan “Sindh Wants Freedom.” The day is not far when Sindh will achieve its freedom.

The statement further condemned the late-night raids on the homes of JSFM Jamshoro District President Saeed Tweeno and other activists, as well as the confiscation of placards displaying the images of enforced disappeared political activists, calling these acts illegal, immoral, and a blatant violation of human rights. Despite these actions, JSFM convoys from Jamshoro and across Sindh broke through all state-imposed obstacles and proceeded towards Sann, demonstrating the growing political awareness, public support, and resilience of the national struggle.

The Jeay Sindh Freedom Movement appeals to international institutions, the United Nations (UN), global human rights organizations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and all democratic forces to urgently take notice of the ongoing state oppression, brutality, and enforced disappearances in Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. JSFM urges these bodies to play an effective role in the recovery of enforced disappeared political activists and to extend moral, political, and humanitarian support to the Sindhi nation’s struggle for freedom, self-determination, and fundamental political rights.

We call upon the United Nations, Amnesty International, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), BBC, and all international human rights organizations to urgently take notice of this grave violation of human rights.
We call upon the United Nations, Amnesty International, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP), BBC, and all international human rights organizations to urgently take notice of this grave violation of human rights.

Finally, JSFM calls upon the Sindhi nation to remain steadfastly loyal to the ideology, philosophy, and political struggle of Sain G.M. Syed, to rise above fear, pressure, and personal interests, and to further strengthen national unity, consciousness, and organized resistance. Freedom is neither gifted by states nor granted by rulers; freedom is achieved only through sacrifice, perseverance, and continuous struggle.
