Press Release
Last night, at around 3:00 AM, Pakistani state intelligence agencies forcibly raided the home of Saeed Tweeno and his younger brother Dilbar Tweeno, abducted them, and subjected them to enforced disappearance. During the raid, the house was vandalized, the family was severely harassed, and all mobile phones along with other belongings were seized.
We strongly condemn this brutal state action and the ongoing enforced disappearances of innocent political and national activists. This is a blatant violation of human rights, which continues to escalate in Sindh with each passing day.
We urgently appeal to the international conscience, the United Nations, human rights organizations, and international media to take immediate notice of these atrocities in Sindh and to act for the safe recovery of innocent political and national activists.

We specifically call upon the global community and human rights bodies to play their role in ensuring the immediate release of Saeed Tweeno, Dilbar Tweeno, and all forcibly disappeared national activists of Sindh, and to save their lives by holding the Pakistani state accountable.
